The next meeting of Fishtoft Parish Council, will be held on Monday 11 July 2022 at the Playing Fields Pavilion, Fishtoft, starting at 7:00pm. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend and are asked to wear face masks to protect themselves, members of the council and staff

Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a public forum for a maximum of 10 minutes when members of the public may make short statements to the Council. 

A maximum further 10 Minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports from Lincolnshire Police and elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and Boston Borough Council

2.   Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting

3.   Declarations of interest: (if any) To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests

4.   Notes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 9 June 2022: To resolve as a correct record and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes

5.   Finance:

a)   Payment of accounts to be approved

i.   Mrs V Clark: June Staff Costs (Final payment): £TBC

ii.   TA Blackamore Ltd: July grass Maintenance: £1,129.08

iii.   107 Endeavour FM: Cost for hire on Fun day: £150.00

b)   Payments & receipts: since 9 June 2022: Appendix A

c)   Cash book: to be received from Councillor Crawford 

d)   Bank Account as of 30 June 2022: £TBC

e)   Savings account: Bank needs to be contacted by a signatory 

f)   Mandate: Change online banking access: Approval & signing of Mandate

6.   Planning matters: Town and Country Planning Act 1990: To consider and make observations on all planning applications received and to note planning approvals, refusals, enforcement complaints and appeal decisions advised by the Borough Council.
